Privacy Policy

BetterAPY.com is an independent Florida CD-rate information site. This page says exactly what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: an email address if you choose to join the Insiders, an anonymous visit count, and nothing else — never sold, never shared for marketing.

What we collect

• If you join the Insiders: your email address, the moment you joined, and — only if you set them on the page — the county, deposit amount, and term filters you were using, so your emails can speak to your situation. That's the whole record.
• An anonymous visit ping: when the site loads, it counts one visit — whether your browser has been here before (a flag stored in your own browser's localStorage, not a tracking cookie), the site that referred you, and the time. No name, no account, no advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking of any kind.
• Infrastructure: Cloudflare hosts this site and, like any host, processes IP addresses transiently to deliver pages and block abuse; it may set operational security cookies of its own. We run no analytics or advertising cookies.

What we do with it

We use your email to send the Insider emails you signed up for — the Hot Sheet, the Insider Digest, and Insider Alerts — personalized with the context you saved. We use visit counts to see whether the site is being read. That is the complete list.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never share it for marketing. Two service providers process it on our instructions only: Postmark (ActiveCampaign) delivers the emails, and Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the member list. Beyond that, we would disclose information only if the law required it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe: every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, honored instantly and permanently — the address goes on a suppression list so it can never be mailed again.
• Deletion: email insiders@betterapy.com from the address in question and we will delete your record.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Do Not Track

We don't track anyone across other sites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off — the answer is already no.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. We will not weaken the never-sold, never-shared promise for addresses collected under it.
